i’m hana but a lot of people call me paq.

among other things, i like to think, to try understanding matters of the head and heart, and to write. i bought this domain on december 1, 2018 unsure of when to start writing and with no clear plan of what to write about… until january 10, 2019, one day after i found out i have (what turns out to be) stage 4 breast cancer at the age of 31.

i often say, “life’s a trip” and sometimes speak in travel metaphor. cancer is now a part of my life’s trip and this is my account of it.

i like to describe myself as a badass with a big heart. i love dry and dark humor. i have common sense and a sense of adventure. i am a single mother, a spiritual seeker, and start way more books than i finish.
